What does this do?

This utility installs an updated version of the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 driver and provides the following benefits:

  • Resolves an issue where the computer may lose a wireless connection
  • Resolves an issue where the user is unable to turn on the Intel Wireless Display
  • Resolves an issue where the computer may intermittently lose a wireless connection
  • Helps reduce video latency (choppiness) when using the Intel Wireless Display for streaming content
  • Resolves an issue where the computer may drop connection while using the Intel Wireless Display

Download and Installation Instructions
  1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
  2. Download the INDWLL-00987888-1042.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
  3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the INDWLL-00987888-1042.EXE file to begin the installation.
  4. At the “User Account Control” screen, click “Yes”.
  5. If the “Select Language” screen appears, select the language you wish to use and click “OK”.
  6. At the “Select Country” screen, select the country for this installation and click “Next”.
  7. At the “Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 Ver. 13.5.0.6″ window, click “Next”.
  8. At the “License Agreement” dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click “I Agree” to continue with the installation.
  9. At the “Finish” screen, click “Finish”.
  10. Restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 Driver is complete.
