Download and Installation Instructions
  1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
  2. Download the SOAVMC-01455503-US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
  3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOAVMC-01455503-US.EXE file to begin the installation.
  4. At the “VAIO Media” screen, click “Next”.
  5. At the “License Agreement” dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click “I Agree” to continue with the installation.
  6. At the “VAIO Media Upgrade Program” screen, click “Next”.
  7. At the “License Agreement” screen, click “Yes” if you accept.
  8. At the “Choose Destination Location” screen, click “Next”.
  9. At the “InstallShield Wizard Complete” screen, click “Finish”.
  10. At the “Finish” screen, click “Finish”.

The installation of the VAIO Media™ Software Update is complete.
