Download and Installation Instructions
  1. Download the SO-Q21000803BL.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
  2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SO-Q21000803BL.EXE file to begin the installation.
  3. At the “Sony VAIO Media Platform and Photo Server Update Utility – InstallShield Wizard” box, click Next.
  4. At the “InstallShield Wizard Complete” screen, select “Yes, I want to restart my computer now.” and click Finish.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the VAIO Media Platform Update Utility is complete.
