Important Notes

• To install these drivers correctly, this utility requires Windows 2000 to be installed on the boot partition (C:). The drivers will not be installed correctly if Windows 2000 is installed in a different hard drive partition. To perform a “Clean Install” of Windows 2000 Professional in the (C:) partition, please read Installing the Microsoft Windows 2000 Operating System.
• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
