Sony PCG-K25 Notebook Sony Notebook Utilities [WinXP]

• Before installing the Sony Notebook Utilities, please ensure that Sony Shared Library has been installed.
• Before installing the Sony Notebook Utilities, please ensure that all original device drivers have been installed.
• During the installation of this file, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.

1. Download the SOAOTH-30000000-US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOAOTH-30000000-US.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the “Sony Notebook Utilities for Windows XP” screen, click “Next”.
4. At the “License Agreement” dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click “I Agree” to continue with the installation.
   NOTE: Several setup boxes may briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
5. At the “Finished” screen, click “Finish”.
6. At the “Install” screen, click “OK” to restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Sony Notebook Utilities is complete.
