Download and Installation Instructions
  1. Download the SP-D78900802DA04US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
  2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SP-D78900802DA04US.EXE file to begin the installation.
  3. At the “Synaptics TouchPad Driver for Windows XP” box, click “Next”.
  4. At the “License Agreement” dialog box, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click “I Agree”.
  5. At the “Finished” box, click “Finish”.
  6. At the “Install” box, click “OK” to restart computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Synaptics Pointing Device (Touchpad) Driver and Control Utility is complete.
