• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.

Download and Installation Instructions

1. Download the SO-Q02800803KT03US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SO-02800803KT03US.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the “Sony DVgate Plus Update Utility (for DVgate Plus version 1.2.02.10280), click Next.
4. Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
5. If an “Information” box appears prompting you to reboot, click OK. After system reboots, please continue with step 5 above.
6. At the “InstallShield Wizard Complete” screen, select “Yes, I want to restart my computer now.” (if it has not been selected) and click Finish.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the DVgate Plus update is complete.
