Download and Installation Instructions

1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
2. Download the CODMOD-13105600-US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the CODMOD-13105600-US.EXE file to begin the installation.
4. At the "HDAUDIO SoftV92 Data Fax Modem with SmartCP" screen, click "Next".
5. At the "License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
6. At the "Finished" screen, click "Finish".
7. Restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Conexant HDAUDIO SoftV92 Data Fax Modem with SmartCP is complete.
