What does this do?

This tool will analyze your computer operating system and hardware configuration to determine the appropriate options for upgrading your computer to the Microsoft Windows Vista™ operating system.

After analyzing your system, the tool will recommend the version of Windows Vista operating system, provide you with appropriate installation instructions, and present you with a list of the currently available Windows Vista compatible drivers, utilities, and application updates.

• This tool requires an active Internet connection in order to function correctly.
• When using this tool, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the tool, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference.
