Important Notes

• The Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 1 must already be installed before installing this driver.
• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.

Download and Installation Instructions

1. Download the AL-711520802HE04US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the AL-711520802HE04US.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the License Agreement dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
4. At the "ALPS Bluetooth Device Driver for Microsoft Windows XP" click Next.
5. At the "Bluetooth Virtual COM Port Welcome" screen, click Next.
6. At the "Bluetooth Virtual COM Port Finish" screen, click Finish.
7. At the "Found New Hardware Wizard Welcome " screen, click Next.
8. At the "Found New Hardware Wizard Complete" screen, click Finish.

Installation of the ALPS Bluetooth Device Driver is complete.
