Download and Installation Instructions

1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
2. Download the SOAOTH-A4280000-XP.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOAOTH-A4280000-XP.EXE file to begin the installation.
4. At the "Sony Notebook Utilities" screen, click "Next".
5. At the "License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
6. At the "Finished" screen, click "Finish".
   Note: A restart of the computer may be required to complete the installation. If a restart is required, the installation will automatically restart when Windows resumes. If prompted, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then continue the installation steps.
7. At the "Welcome to the Sony Notebook Utilities Setup program" screen, click "Next".
8. At the "License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
