Download and Installation Instructions

1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
2. Download the INDOTH-01035101-US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the INDOTH-01035101-US.EXE file to begin the installation.
4. At "Intel 820801G Chipset Driver for Microsoft Windows XP" box, click "Next".
5. At the "License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
6. At the "Welcome to the Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility" screen, click "Next".
7. At the "Intel License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "Yes".
8. At the "Readme File information" screen, click "Next".NOTE: Several setup boxes may briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
9. At the "The Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility is Complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now", and then click "Finish".

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Intel 820801G Chipset Driver is complete.
