Download and Installation Instructions

1. Download the RE-E02240802FY04US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double click the RE-E02240802FY04US.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "Realtek AC''97 Audio Device Driver for Microsoft Windows XP" screen, click Next.
4. At the "License Agreement" dialog box, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree".
5. At the "Finish" dialog box, click Finish, then click OK to restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Realtek AC''97 Audio driver is complete.
